**SALES LEDGER ADMINISTRATOR / BRIDGWATER - PERMANENT VACANCY**

**Location**: Bridgwater, Somerset

**Assignment**: Permanent contract

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

**Salary**: £22,800 per annum

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Administrator based in Bridgwater on a permanent contract.

**Duties as a Sales Ledger Administrator**:
Managing order to invoice process

Setting up customers information as required

Resolving enquiries as they occur

Preparing and issuing statements

Analysing invoicing and account information to provide information that will enhance the invoicing function and enable development of the function

Provide support to the Sales, National Engineering and Finance Teams to achieve optimum performance for the company

Uploading of invoices and quotations to customer portals

Resolving invoice disputes

Ensuring that invoices are sent to customers either via post or electronically

Daily reconciliations

Producing and sending statements monthly

Process credits

Answering inbound telephone calls

**About you**:
AAT Level 2 qualified or higher is desired but not essential

Competent with the use of Microsoft Office packages

Previous experience within a customer service role

Experience with outbound calling activities

Ability to work to deadlines

Attention to detail
