**Transport Coordinator**

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision when needed
- Knowledge of office equipment, like printers, fax machines, etc.

Job Duties:

- Data and order entry.
- Issuing, printing, checking and collating delivery notes.
- Telephone correspondence.
- processes customer/clients orders and forwards requisition documentation to storage and distribution personnel.
- formulates delivery loads, vehicle schedules and routes to be followed by delivery staff.
- obtains customs clearance and processes import and export documentation (where necessary) for the movement of goods between countries.
- maintains records regarding the movement and location of freight, containers and staff.
- Updating the system and making amendments to order changes when needed.
- Ensuring that drivers are equip with the correct documentation.
- Deal with client's complaints or feedback.
- Deal with correspondence and inquiries.
- Keep records of drivers and deliveries.
- Recruiting and coordinating logistics staff.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as reasonably required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derby, DE24 9RE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Transportation management systems: 1 year (preferred)
- Transport Coordination: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
