**Company Description**

For this entry level role, we are looking for a graduate who’s driven and focused to join the team as a Paid Media Executive. The role will include the training required to start your digital marketing career. There will be a hybrid approach - with theorylearnt through courses, training provided by the team, and practical knowledge built up over time with hands-on work in client accounts. We’ll start with digital marketing fundamentals, then Paid Search, and then Paid Social.

Key elements of the role include:

- Learning fundamentals of digital marketing & customer acquisition. As a Paid Media agency, all our campaigns have an acquisition goal (new customers, purchases etc.) as your role will be to ensure campaigns are delivering against this - making suggestionsfor optimisations & ideas for new tests.
- Analysis of campaign performance at a granular level, beyond the first KPI.
- Working with the Paid Media & Client Services team to drive client strategy forward to achieve goals.
- Managing clients’ monthly budgets and providing upcoming forecasts, including month end finance reporting.
- Understanding client KPIs, identifying nuances of their services and finding new opportunity for growth.
- Regular reporting on campaign KPIs and performance, combined with data analysis to make with recommendations on onward activity and strategy.

**Who Fits The Bill**
- Educated to degree level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft with a particular focus on Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and someone who thrives in team environments.
- Independent learner, who’s driven to develop themselves quickly and able to take ownership of their own learning & development alongside supporting the existing team.
- Previous marketing/paid media experience would be a bonus but is not required.
