The time has come to add a paid media advertising executive to our multi talented team on a full time basis.
Kindly note this role is not open to freelancers or those without 3+ years valid experience.
The role is focused around but not limited to;
Key responsibilitiesnManaging and delivering on paid media marketing activity with a key focus on paid search & paid social.nDelivering & implementing the paid media marketing strategy to acquire new customers and maximise performance of an existing customer base.nStrategy planning and implementation across paid channels with a key focus on Google, Meta and Tiktok, identifying potential opportunities for improvement.nDiscover & explore new opportunities of paid media which will support brand growth.nAnalysing Google Analytics and other performance data to produce marketing strategy and performance reports.nDrive innovation and explore new paid media opportunities.nCollaborate with E-commerce Manager and stakeholders to create a successful digital environment.
About Youn3+ years experience with Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta Ad Campaigns.n2+ years experience working with businesses grossing digital revenue of over £1m.nA portfolio of previous paid media related results.nExperience with conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing.nExperience in Meta demographics, interests and behaviour targeting.nAbility to be react, monitor performance and insert change both planned and ad hoc.nExperience with FMCG would be beneficial.
