**Executive Officer**

**Job Duties include**
- To support the administration and minute taking of Management & Committee Meetings and project group meetings, as directed by the Head of CEO Office.
- To act as proof reader on all reports.
- To act as proof reader on all reports.
- To ensure that agendas are prepared with the respective Directors for Committees and incorporate agenda items for other meetings / staff.
- To ensure that agendas are sent out in a timely manner for the CEO Team meetings and take notes of the meetings.
- To provide administrative support for the booking of travel and hotel arrangements for the ELT & Board.
