Field Sales Executive

RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a business that specialises in canvassing for local window cleaners and has built many successful rounds. The business currently covers Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire and offers quotes to potential domestic customersand schedules them into existing rounds for established window cleaners.
Field Sales Consultants operate door to door. The business has secured several large contracts with window cleaning companies and now needs to expand its staff numbers to fulfil these contracts.
**About You**
A dedicated sales professional, you will be a talented salesperson with tracked success under your belt. You will be tenacious, creative, brave, hard-working, and unafraid of a challenge. As a natural relationship builder and communicator, you will findit easy to make connections and maximise sales opportunities.
**The Role**
The successful applicant will work with another team member and will be required to go door to door giving quotes and booking in customers for regular window cleaning. A generous bonus and commission are paid but the business guarantees a minimum of £20.00per hour. They also offer great bonus incentives, such as regular driving lessons, money in a pot to save for a vehicle, gym memberships and cash bonuses.
No experience is necessary as 4 weeks of paid training is provided. Applicants must be willing to work in all weathers, have good communication skills and will ideally have a valid driving license and vehicle. All other team members who are currently inthis position, with bonuses and commission are earning a minimum of £20.00 per hour.**We are currently trialling a 4 day week, the full-time salary is based on working 4 days**.
