Previous experience in administration, excellent communication skills to provide information and support across all aspects of the service and the ability to work accurately under pressure are essential.
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality administration service, supporting the Adult Social Care Workforce Development Team to provide training and support for internal colleagues and external providers. This involves dealing with Adult Social Care training events, confirming bookings, sending confirmation details and Teams links out
You must have previous experience of using MS Office including Teams, using bespoke databases and the potential to learn other IT packages.
Working effectively as part of a team, you will prioritise your workload with minimum supervision, deal sensitively with confidential information, and have a strong commitment to customer care.
This role will be home or office working supported by the technology to do so. We work out of Rossmore Library
