**What you’ll be doing...**:
In this role you'll be working with other members of the Compensation Offer Team, using compensation guidelines and procedures to determine salary offers for internal staffing and/or external hires across the enterprise.
- Ownership of analysis to ensure offers are equitable.
- Ensures offers are competitive and contribute to the organization’s ability to attract, retain and motivate employees.
- Effectively works with a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure offers are completed in a timely fashion.
- Support on all International fair pay analysis and statutory reporting requirements.
- Performs other compensation analysis, as needed.
- Participate in survey input.
- Participate in salary range review, including analysis.
- Works with the compensation team to support the annual base pay increase and short-term incentive processes.
- Support where necessary on structural changes / projects.
- Perform other compensation analysis / support, as needed.

**What we’re looking for...**:
**You’ll need to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Compensation, data analysis or HR experience with an emphasis on analytical work.
- Fluency in English.

**Even better if you have one or more of the following**:

- Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to communicate with leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in the latest word processing, presentation, and data analysis software.
- Extremely detail-oriented and strong communication and organizational skills.
