**Our offer to you**:

**Role and responsibilities examples**:

- Planning, arranging and attending meetings, including travel requirements
- Filtering phone calls and dealing with enquiries and ad hoc requests
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Manage high volumes of work and providing overall support to CEO
- Play a key role in driving the fast pace of change and ensuring transparency and accountability across the organisation
- Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders
- Line management of a small reception/administration team

**Experience required**:

- Previous experience as a personal assistant/executive assistant at Director or Group Director level
- Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task, with an ability to prioritise an often-conflicting workload
- Confident liaising with staff and working within a team
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with diary management experience at a senior level
- Ability to prioritise workload efficiently
- Must have a proactive approach and use initiative
- Minute taking capabilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate
