Our company is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our team supporting the Managing Director to cover maternity leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support
- Schedule press appointments
- Arrange journalist sample send outs
- Manage the Managing Director's diary
- Support with media outreach and creative pitching ideas

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: From £22,500.00 per year
