Sales Negotiator/administrator

Williams Estates are looking for two additional experienced sales negotiators and a lettings negotiator to join our award winning estate agency and lettings teams covering busy offices in the Prestatyn, Denbigh and Rhuddlan areas.
We provide a hard working but pleasant family working environment working alongside some of the best and most talented individuals in the property industry.
The positions are permanent and full time, with some Saturdays to be worked on a rota with a week day off in lieu of any Saturday.
We are keen to employ creative individuals, we prepare our own in house video tours, sales particulars, professional standard photography, drone photography and much more. We are busy with social media posts and video production so a good knowledge of creative media would also be an advantage.
In addition to the basic salary there is addition further commission earned from sales or lettings completions, mortgage advice introductions and surveyor introductions.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Commission pay
