- Answering calls from clients & dealing with any issues
- Onboarding new cleaners - checking references/right to work etc
- Supporting with month end tasks like invoicing/payroll - full training will be given
- Using accountancy systems for financial tasks
- Supporting clients with any issues they might have
- Assistance with the management of the growing team of cleaners
- Potential to support with sales and marketing
