**The Role**
TheGlobal Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for implementing BAU reporting processes and keeping pace with the demands of a dynamic regulatory reporting change agenda. The role requires a combination of project management across specific assigned projects, change governance across projects being managed within the team as well as BAU Oversight. The team works closely with multiple stakeholders, including but not limited to Operations teams, Project Management teams, Technology, Brokers, Vendors, Industry Associations and Compliance. Responsibilities of the Regulatory Reporting Change & Oversight Associate will include:
- Project manage assigned projects including active issue management and resolution, managing to defined milestones, stakeholder engagement and proactive updates
- Coordination of the tech priority list, working alongside the team to determine what should be worked on each quarter
- Provide governance and oversight of change events taking place within the team ensuring all projects are logged and tracked
- Provide management MI on change events within the team
- Working with the team to ensure delivery of the ongoing day-to-day EMEA regulatory reporting requirements
- Understand upcoming regulations impacting the team and assist with the solutioning of operating models to support same
- Build detailed knowledge of the Regulatory Reporting workflows and organisation
- Control and Quality Assurance testing - build out models and perform testing to ensure that on-going reporting is complete and accurate
- Identify and drive process improvements - review current processes, identify opportunities for efficiencies and re-engineering to improve accuracy and controls
- Internal stakeholder management, engagement with external industry bodies, vendors as appropriate
- Input into materials for management & other meetings
- Wider team support as required
**Requirements**:
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Previous project/change management experience
- Pro-active self-starter
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to own and manage concurrent assignments effectively and efficiently
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence people, lead discussions and troubleshoot issues
- High energy and enthusiasm required to partner with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technological environment
- Understanding of EMEA Regulatory Transaction Reporting (e.g. MIFID, SFTR, EMIR, BOI, SWISS) desirable
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- Proven and relevant experience with extensive regulatory exposure
- Fluency in English is essential
- Previous Asset Management background desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of regulatory vendors' systems beneficial
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular with Excel and PowerPoint

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
