This Gift Aid Administrator role will be an integral member of the Operations team and will mainly be responsible for checking Gift Aid compliance and completing quarterly claims in an accurate and timely manner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Check compliance of all Gift Aid forms
- Complete Gift Aid quarterly claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure effective Gift Aid procedures are in place and delivered
- Undertake any other admin in relation to Gift Aid
- Liaise with the Finance department and HMRC to ensure full compliance in the Gift Aid process
- To answer any customer queries or requests regarding their Gift Aid information in a professional and friendly manner

**Skills & knowledge**:

- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience of working in Charity
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Positive and dynamic approach to problem solving

Previous experience with Charity Retail Gift Aid is desired, but not essential as training will be given on the job.
