We are currently working alongside our client who is currently looking for an Administrator on an temp to perm basis, our client is based near Neilston.

**This role will involve**:

- Updating time sheets
- Scanning and printing invoices
- Job sheets for workers
- Setting up jobs for workers for the following day
- Answering phones
- Updating system with invoices for clients

**For this role you will have the following skills**:

- Good planning and organisational skills
- Communication skills - good written English and verbal English
- Time management skills
- Strong IT skills

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday

Week 1 = 0800 - 1700

Week 2 = 0900 - 1800
**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
- Ongoing Assignment
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
