Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant with a passion for delivering excellent care and empowering patient choice? Join us and help to improve outcomes for NHS patients every day.

**About HomeLink Healthcare**

HomeLink Healthcare is a clinician-led, specialist Hospital at Home service provider. We believe that patients should have the choice to be treated at home rather than in a hospital. Our skilled and compassionate nursing and therapeutic teams deliver in-person care to NHS patients in the place they call home.

Working in partnership with NHS hospitals, consultants, community providers and GPs, our out-of-hospital care prevents some people being admitted to hospital and enables others to come home more quickly.

**The Role: Healthcare Assistant**

Youll visit patients in their homes, carrying out nursing and rehabilitation tasks under the direction of a qualified practitioner.

On a day-to-day basis, youll:

- Attend 45-minute (minimum) patient visits.
- Offer personal care, including meals, personal hygiene and overall reassurance and safety.
- Monitor and record conditions and alert the Clinical Lead to any changes.
- Collect and transport clinical specimens.
- Observe pressure areas and skin integrity, and report changes to a qualified nurse.
- Provide additional support with training if required in the following areas: reablement, phlebotomy, holistic support.

Throughout it all, youll promote positive mental, physical and nutritional health and help us to empower our patients in their choice to be treated at home.

**About You**

Alongside a relevant NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification, youll have the confidence to work autonomously in the community and share our commitment to delivering quality patient care. Compassionate and collaborative, youll bring with you strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with patients, carers and colleagues alike.

**Youll also need**:

- The right to work in the UK without any form of sponsorship
- A drivers licence and access to a car, this is essential as its a mobile role.

**The Benefits**
- Paid mileage from home (at 45p/mile)
- Full clinical support and an excellent working environment (we score 8.5/10 on the Happiness Index, a full point above the average).
- Professional fees paid
- Enhancements for weekends and Bank Holidays
- Pension contribution
- Company Life Assurance Scheme
- Excellent training and development opportunities and five days paid study leave each year
- Retail and leisure discounts
- 33 days paid annual leave + an additional day off for your birthday
