**Position Overview**

The position of Procurement Data Administrator supports all of ENCORE’s business groups and will work to support initiatives led and managed by the aligned businesses and functional groups. The primary focus of this position will be around the execution of data administration of Supplier information and procurement.

**Supply Management & Order Fulfillment**
- Processing POs and soliciting quotes for spot buys, supplier communication, and open order management for activities as assigned.
- Continually recommend and/or initiate business process improvement opportunities around the purchasing processes.
- Monitor the order-to-payment process, researching and correcting all PO or invoice related issues that hold up the invoice payment process.
- Track and maintain the ordering and replenishment process and ensure completion of orders.

**Sourcing**
- **Drive Results** by negotiating, creating and administering pricing updates including, but not limited to, the negotiation of ancillary services and benefits such as warranties and repairs, payments and freight terms, supplier sponsored training, etc., through the guidance of the Procurement, Category and Strategic Sourcing Managers.
- Work within the Procurement team to ensure continuity across supplier relationships, category strategies, negotiations, and business reviews for all associated suppliers.

**Customer Support**
- Act as the liaison between Product and Category Managers and our supplier community. Internally support and administer the RMA process for materials required to be returned to a supplier.
- Actively engage internal customers to ascertain their fundamental needs.
- ** See the Big Picture** by balancing internal customer expectations against supplier capabilities.
- Respond promptly to customer needs, soliciting feedback to improve service levels and continually meeting or exceeding commitments.

**Master Data Administration**
- Works with various business partners to retrieve, analyze, and document proper governance of Supplier and Item data to upload into ENCORE Systems (i.e. Easyjob).
- Upload and maintain the pricing files and ensure accuracy of our supplier and item master in coordination with the Product and Category Managers. Setup and manage the supplier and item master database of authorized sources of supply (including activation and inactivation).
- Develop, document, and implement data quality policies, procedures, standards, and dashboards, etc.
- Manage communication with data owners, internal and external business partners to ensure awareness of policies and standards.
- Manage internal tools, forms, and dashboards that house data standards, reference data, data quality results.

**Organizational Support**
- Work with Product and Category Managers to participate and attend in-house product presentations and demonstrations of new technology.
- Coordinate internal efforts with Strategic Sourcing and Category Managers.
- Participate in and/or lead teams on special projects.
- Maintain and develop professional and technical knowledge by actively participating in personal and professional networks and societies, as well as keeping abreast of industry/trade publications, whitepapers and market developments.
- To assist with answering the phone to external customers during busy periods
- Support the sales team during holiday/sickness cover in responding to customers and some small quotations.

**Job Requirements**
- Experience in a supply chain / logistics environment/data management
- Knowledge and understanding of master data processes, standards, data governance and data quality concepts.
- Familiarity with Purchasing, Inventory Control and Accounting functions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet or exceed multiple concurrent deadlines. Ability to establish good working relationships with business partners and SMEs to educate and influence data standards and policies.
