**Sales Person**

**Location**:
Northampton/Hybrid working options

**Shift Pattern**:
Flexible hours part-time or full-time available - can also accommodate those who need to work around school hours and holidays etc with all the benefits of a full-time role and the opportunity to earn a fantastic income with hard work and determination

**Rates of Pay**:
Salary negotiable, basic + commission, with a full-time OTE of £50k plus as well as a laptop, phone and company pension plus other team benefits and lots of fun

**Your Time at Work**:
We are looking for an outgoing, confident person that has the ability to make appointments and build long term partnerships

Cold calling and developing relationships

Introducing other services to existing and lapsed customers

Knowing your market place

Following up leads and seizing opportunities

Use of CRM system
- Excellent communication skills of both written and spoken English.
- The ability to present/meet with Operation Managers and Company Directors of Blue Chip Companies as well as small-medium businesses.
- A self-starter who is driven and tenacious
- A quick learner, especially if limited knowledge of our industry
- Someone with an outgoing, friendly and caring personality
