We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Training Executive. This role will require frequent travel to all our locations across the Group to provide training as and when required. The hours are 40 generally Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 however as we are a 24/7 operation training may be required outside of these hours.

What you’ll do As a Training Executive you will be responsible for delivering training and identifying development needs within our passenger, account customer and Driver Partner teams.

You will be required to plan, organise and deliver appropriate training to colleagues, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure a high level of customer service. The role will also support hiring managers with assessment and selection processes during recruitment to ensure we are hiring the best talent to join our teams. You will lead the operational training for new starters and own the onboarding programme across the Group. You will be required to assess the effectiveness of these processes and provide recommendations for improvement to processes.

**What you’ll need**
- Previous experience of creating, executing and delivering successful training programmes
- Experience of delivering training face to face, virtually, within a group environment and on an individual basis
- Creative ideas on how to make training engaging for our colleagues
- Experience of assessing and measuring the effectiveness of training programmes
- Experience of working independently in a similar role
- Exceptional organisation and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail skills
