**What does this role involve?**

Our Field Services department supports our nationwide field engineers, who fit and maintain our range of energy supply products.

Day to day, you will;
- use IT systems to keep track of the quantity of stock levels within the warehouse;
- assist in resolving any issues that present themselves relating to stock levels, stock quality and delivery times;
- liaise with suppliers and service providers to order stock and arrange any stock amendments.

**Who are we looking for?**

Recording of accurate information is key, therefore you will have great written and verbal communication skills with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.

You will also use your logical thinking to help solve any issues that may arise.

This is an office-based role located in Winchester connected to our Warehouse, with opportunities to work from home on occasion. We have on-site parking for staff members.
