**Customer Experience Advisor needed ASAP**
Are you looking for a fresh start in an exciting new role?
One of our clients are currently looking to recruit an Customer Experience Advisor who will be able to ensure smooth day-to-day operations who is highly organised and motivated.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating matters when necessary.
**Key Skills & Knowledge**
- Proven experience as a Customer Advisor or similar customer-facing role
- Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and systems, with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient attitude, with the ability to effectively address customer concerns.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
**Pay Rates/ Annual**
- £11.68 Per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- 8:30-17:00
- Monday to Friday
**To be considered for the position as Customer Experience Advisor you must have the following**:
- A very keen eye for attention to detail
- Good work ethic, able to manage their own time and delegate tasks
- A professional and consistent attitude and able to work to deadlines
- Good communication skills with customers, suppliers and internal operatives
