**Senior Communications Executive**

**14-month FTC**

**Birmingham - Hybrid working**

**£40,000 - £45,000**

We are looking for a Senior Communications Executive on a 14-month fixed term contract to join our Corporate Communications (Business Development) team based in Birmingham City Centre.

**About the role**:
**About you**:

- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- At least two/three year's experience in a marketing communications environment
- A strong interest in real estate, current affairs and the daily news agenda required (experience of the Real Estate sector is advantageous but not essential)
- Outstanding writing skills, with faultless grammar and spelling
- Self-motivated team player used to work under pressure from multiple clients and delivering excellent client service
- An experienced understanding of the strategic value of communications through the management and evaluation of key campaigns and projects
- Continually looking to improve knowledge in the relevant areas
- Professional services experience desirable but not essential
- Able to guide others on best-practice approaches to day-to-day team tasks
- Proactively introducing methods to improve the efficiency of routine tasks
