We are currently working with an friendly Accountancy, based in Central London and we are on the search for a professional, easy-gong and confident Administrator.

**JOB TITLE**: Administrator - Part Time
**JOB TYPE**:Permanent
**HOURS**:9am - 5pm (Monday - Wednesday)
**SALARY**:£28,000 - £33,000 FTE
**LOCATION**:Central London

**DUTIES**:
- First point of client contact, answering phone calls, taking messages, dealing with any voice mails
- Greeting clients for meetings in the office
- Opening, scanning and distributing post in, sending post out
- Recording and scanning of incoming cheques and banking
- Arranging courier collection or delivery
- Ensuring office, boardroom and kitchen/fridge is stocked
- Ensuring any cleaning materials not supplied by the cleaner are replenished
- Filing of correspondence or documents which can be both or either of electronic or hard copy paperwork
- Checking and ensuring adequate stocks of stationery are maintained
- Recording and reconciling of petty cash and receipts
- Use own initiative and being responsible for the office running efficiently, ensuring that printers and photocopier papers levels maintained and ink levels monitored
- Ensure the boardroom and meeting room are set up for client visits and third party meetings and then cleared afterwards
- Air fresheners/anti bac outlets are checked and refilled as necessary
- Keep offices tidy and as uncluttered as possible
- Liaising with staff and partners as to their movements each week
- Maintaining various deadline spreadsheets
- Organising and overseeing maintenance work as and when required
- Update the Registered Office board quarterly
- Arrange confidential waste collection
- Send files no longer required to storage and retrieve files as needed
- Assist with client billing
- Assist staff and partners with various administrative tasks
- On-boarding of clients
- Client admin related work e.g. return of client papers/annual fee insurance renewals
- Assisting with internal IT issues (this involves liaising with our external IT support)
- Assisting in particular the tax manager with sending out mail merge documents
- Providing admin support to the partners in respect annual Health & Safety/Fire/Practice Management reviews
**Experience, knowledge and skills required**
- Experienced in working within an office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to can work autonomously and independently in a highly organised way to manage multiple tasks and requests
- Excellent administrative and organisational ability
- Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- High standard of written and spoken English
