Travel Administrator

This independent travel company is seeking a Travel Administrator to join the team. Located in central Manchester, this small team of independent travel experts book adventure trips to multiple destinations such as Sri-Lanka, South Africa, Borneo and many more.
**Travel Administrator duties**:
- All pre and post sales admin, collating invoices, updating systems, checking travel documentation
- Paying suppliers
- Dealing with expenses
- Maintaining and improving all administrative procedures
- Keeping the CRM updated
**Travel Administrator Skills required**:
- Experience of office administration
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous travel industry experience preferable or a keen interest in the industry
- Administration/data management experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
**Additional Info**:
- 37.5 hour week with flexible working
- Discounted travel for successful applicant and immediate family
- Hybrid working - ideally 3 days office based and 2 days at home
