**Am Y Gwasanaeth**
Mae Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn cynnig ystod o ddarpariaethau ar gyfer pobl ifanc 11 i 25 oed ac mae’n cynnwys tîm o weithwyr ieuenctid proffesiynol ymroddgar sy’n gweithredu ledled y ddinas. Mae’r gwasanaeth yn cynnwys canolfannau ieuenctid, darpariaethau arbenigol, timau mentora ieuenctid a gwaith ieuenctid stryd ac mae pob un ohonynt yn cynnig amrywiaeth o gyfleoedd a phrofiadau creadigol sy’n annog cyfranogiad a datblygiad pobl ifanc mewn cymunedau.

Mae Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn hyrwyddo cysylltiad cryf rhwng gwaith ieuenctid targedig a chynhwysol sy’n sicrhau y cynigir cymorth cyson i bobl ifanc pan fo angen hynny arnynt. Mae Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Caerdydd yn annog pobl ifanc i wireddu eu potensial unigol ac yn eu cefnogi ar eu siwrne i ddod yn ddinasyddion gweithredol cadarnhaol.

**Am Y Swydd**
Mae cyfle cyffrous ar gael yn y Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid ar gyfer Gweithiwr Cymorth Ieuenctid Cynorthwyol. Mae’r swydd hon wedi’i lleoli o fewn y Tîm Cynhwysiant Actif.

Byddwch yn rhan o dîm deinamig a brwdfrydig sy’n gweithio â phobl ifanc ag anghenion cymhleth ar hyd y ddinas. Nod eich rôl fydd darparu projectau a rhaglenni o safon uchel i bobl ifanc rhwng 11-25 oed ac arwain y gwaith o gynllunio a datblygu darpariaeth ieuenctid.

Mae profiad o weithio gyda phobl ifanc yn hanfodol ar gyfer y rôl hon. Mae ffocws ar arferion sy’n canolbwyntio ar gryfderau ac yn rhoi’r person ifanc yn gyntaf hefyd yn hanfodol. Mae’r tîm yn ymrwymedig i ddull therapi sy’n canolbwyntio ar ddatrysiad byr ac mae hyn wedi’i adlewyrchu mewn gwaith cynllunio, darparu a gwerthuso yn ogystal ag yn y model goruchwylio a chymorth.

Bydd gan y rôl hon ffocws ar Hawliau Plant, yn benodol Erthygl 12 ac 13 yr UNCRC, a sicrhau bod ystod eang o leisiau pobl ifanc yn cael eu clywed.

**Beth Rydym Ei Eisiau Gennych**
Cymhwyster gwaith ieuenctid cydnabyddedig ar lefel 3 neu uwch.

Rydym yn chwilio am weithwyr ieuenctid brwdfrydig a deinamig a fydd yn annog creadigrwydd ac arloesedd i ysbrydoli a chymell pobl ifanc trwy waith ieuenctid mynediad agored uniongyrchol.

Rydym yn chwilio am weithwyr ieuenctid sydd ag agweddau cadarnhaol a gwydnwch i allu cael effaith gadarnhaol ar fywydau pobl ifanc ac annog cynnydd.

Bydd yr ymgeiswyr llwyddiannus naill ai wedi cymhwyso i lefel 3 gweithiwr cymorth ieuenctid o leiaf neu'n gweithio tuag at yr hyfforddiant hwn neu'n barod i wneud hynny o fewn cyfnod o amser y cytunwyd arno.

Rydym yn chwilio am weithwyr ieuenctid sydd â phrofiad o asesu anghenion pobl ifanc ac ymateb yn briodol drwy weithgarwch, cefnogaeth ac arweiniad gwaith ieuenctid.

Rydym yn chwilio am unigolion rhagweithiol sydd â diddordeb amlwg mewn gweithio i gefnogi pobl ifanc i ddatblygu a ffynnu fel unigolion a chyfrannu'n gadarnhaol at eu cymuned.

**Gwybodaeth Ychwanegol**
Cyflog: £29,603 y flwyddyn PRO RATA (T00 Lefel 15)

Mae hon yn swydd ran amser a bydd deiliad y swydd yn gweithio 15 awr yr wythnos, 39 wythnos y flwyddyn. Fodd bynnag, mae’r cyflog a ddangosir ar gyfer 37 awr yr wythnos, felly caiff ei roi ar sail pro-rata yn unol â hyn.
