We are currently have an exciting opportunity for an admin assistant in our trade windows and doors department**.** Our business is expanding and offers a secure full time post for the right applicant.

We are a well established company and are looking for reliable and trustworthy people to join our team. We supply a quality range of windows and doors.

We need a hard working, reliable and dedicated person to join our team, with lots of common sense and "can do" approach. Someone who takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail.

**Some of the tasks/skills required are**:

- Meeting and greeting potential customers
- Showing and explaining the products and services we offer
- Supporting and working with our team
- To work as part of the local team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives
- To deal with customers enquiries, orders and requirements to high standard on a daily basis
- To process, manage and ensure all company orders and requests for work is progressed effectively
- To ensure that company policies and procedures are followed
- General admin duties

Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills:

- A high level of self motivation, dependability and professionalism
- A mature and flexible approach to work
- A high level of communication skills both oral and written to ensure that all business contacts both external and internal to the Company are conducted / delivered to the highest standard
- A high level of personal and professional integrity will underpin all actions and working relationships
- Ability to work under pressure, cope with unexpected problems
- Providing excellent customer service
- An ability to establish ‘comfortable’ working relationships with all levels of colleagues and business partners, both current and prospective
- A confident social manner that ensures appropriate etiquette in both formal and informal business gatherings is maintained.

Organisational Skills:

- Well organised, have a methodical approach to work
- Keen to get results and deliver high quality service balanced with business acumen
- Able to plan manage, organise and co-ordinate services and process information.

Usual hours of work: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
