**OPPORTUNITY PROFILE**

The Operational Lead is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager to deliver our net zero projects which contribute towards the delivery of our external funding contracts. The role will focus on the day-to-day delivery requirements of the business to ensure we are compliant and delivering to schedule.

This role entails working directly with external delivery partners, principal contractors, sub-contractors, as well as across internal departments.

Responsible for day-to-day management and coordination of all delivery streams on matters relating to but not limited onboarding new delivery partners, daily / weekly performance monitoring, H&S, quality, and technical monitoring, and supporting the Operations Manager and Head of ECO on other matters as required.

**KEY TASKS**
- Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors.
- Managing contractors in line with HSE procedures.
- Manage compliance site audits.
- Liaising across internal departments to monitor delivery of forecast installs v actual.
- Support the ECO4 delivery team to ensure all submission documents are collated accurately to deliver 100% right first-time compliance and submitted in line with KPI’s.
- Capture and report delivery performance KPI’s.
- Plan & coordinate client reports.
- Assist with setting-up new operational sites.
- Review and manage delivery progress via CRM solutions in place.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of projects to ensure we deliver against target.
- Meet H&S standards across all projects and contractors.
- Retain Cenergist high performance ranking with external clients.

- High level of organisation and able to prioritise workload.
- Strong Microsoft Excel experience
