**Total Working Hours: 30 Hours per week**
**Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch)**
**Rate of Pay: £11.83**

**What your working day will look like**:

- Participating in all branch processes
- Building positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
- Assisting in the delivery of pharmacy services
- Serving as an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, representing the company and interacting with the community on a daily basis
- Self-motivated
- Proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Previous customer service training (optional)
