HR Lead Support Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
HR:

- Monitor sickness and absence via reporting and communicate to managers
- Arrange where requested disciplinary meetings and produce paperwork
- Attend disciplinary meetings to take minutes and to support
- Confirm back to the HR manager regarding the outcome
- Draft up outcome letters for approval
- Monitor annual leave usage and send reminders
- Book in the sickness absence meetings for the HR Manager and produce paperwork
- Deal with apprenticeship portal
- Provide guidance on what process managers need to follow to hire apprentices
- Arrange paperwork fr apprentices
- Assist with data uploads or report requests
- Attend basic HR meetings and refer to HR Manager if needed
- Produce the HR KPI’s for the HR Manager to check
- Assist with employee questionnaires
- Keeping the headcount sheet updated

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Good telephone manner
- Previous experience using Mirosoft Excel and Word
- Ability to communicate to people on all levels
- Team player
- Confident in their ability
- Able to use initative to resolve issues
- Previous experience dealing with HR matters
- Experienced in minute taking and attending HR meetings

The role is for 37 and a half hours and the salary shown will be pro-rata

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
