Ardoe House Hotel & Spa along with 7 Hospitality Management are looking for professional and charismatic Leisure Assistant with an impressive attitude to join us in this exciting opportunity. This is a zero hour contract role, based out of our **Ardoe House Hotel & Spa **property in Ardoe.

Located in 30 acres of stunning grounds, this 19th century baronial mansion of Ardoe House Hotel & Spa is the perfect destination for business or leisure. Recently refurbished, this stunning property features 120 stylish bedrooms. An excellent destination for conferences, weddings and other social gatherings with six event suites and the ability to accommodate up to 600 guests.

**What will I be doing?**

As a **Leisure Assistant **for the Ardoe House Hotel, we are looking for a positive can do attitude to drive exceptional standards and guest experience. You will be responsible for the following tasks;
- Ensuring the telephone is answered promptly in a polite and courteous manner
- Establishing client requirements and identifying how the hotel can facilitate their needs
- Responding to all Leisure enquiries in line with company standards
- Ensuring enquiries are managed to maximise sales, occupancy and revenue, including up-selling equipment, F&B and relevant hotel facilities where possible
- Accurately inputting enquiries into the hotel system
- Actioning all enquiries promptly and following up on a timely basis
- Proactively convert key provisional business through showrounds and proactive chase
- Ensure clear billing instructions and communication of these details to the operations team
- Proactive sales

**What are we looking for?**

A **Leisure Assistant **serving 7 Hospitality Management managed hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests, Owners and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you must possess the attitudes, behaviours, skills and values that follow;
- Previous experience within same role within hotels
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer/client service
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels
- A strong ability to manage business/workflow priorities across a number of stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Team player and able to work proactively with a wide remit
- Decisive and comfortable with making decisions quickly
- Innovative, generating original solutions and lots of ideas
- Great charisma & people skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Excellent personal presentation
