Office Manager/assistant to Pa

Do you have fluent french language skills, some office management / coordination and perhaps PA experience and want to learn from one of the best PA's there is?
We are looking for a French speaking, super switched on and keen PA/Office Manager to join a boutique investment company in the heart of Mayfair in a 50% Office Manager role and 50% Assistant to PA role.
Whilst based within a newly fitted out office you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, organising visas, liaising with the IT providers and suppliers, setting up new starters, overseeing any maintenance works, ordering kitchen and stationerystocks, manage guests, the meeting rooms as well as organising visas and travel for the team of analysts.
In addition to the office management you will provide assistance to a senior EA gradually taking over some of her PA duties. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from one of the best, to provide support to a leading investment professional at the topof his game and work within a highly corporate, professional and reputable investment company.
This is a role that will suit an individual with high attention to detail, an excellent communicator who is easy to get on with and who can take on direction.
**Responsibilities**:
Assisting a Senior EA with PA duties to Partner;
- Diary management, complex travel arrangements, personal PA duties relating to Partners life such as property management, house staff, life administration
Office Management
- Office Management - manage facilities, keep office stocked up, liaise with suppliers, organise events, set up new starters, Health and safety, and support team of analysts with any travel or visa requirements.

- Keen to learn and able to take on direction
- Strong MS office skills
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Confident, warm communicator, able to liaise at all levels.
