Cashier/ Sales Ledger Clerk

Responsibilities:

- Cash posting and allocation
- Reconcilations of both cash and bank accounts
- Petty cash control
- Weekly/Monthly Aged Debtor reviews
- Dealing with customer invoice or payment queries
- Chasing debts and issuing late payment letters
- Weekly and Month end reporting/ balancing
- Monitoring of credit worthiness of customers
- End of month closing routines
- General office admin duties

Essential Experience/Skills:

- Sales ledger and credit control experience essential
- Good level of IT skills - including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Hours
- 37.5 Hours per week (8:30:17:00) 1 hour lunch break
- 20 Holiday plus statutory

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (required)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
