Property Administrator - Family run and well established business - up to £25k (Depending on experience)
**Based within an easily accessible location in West Yorkshire - my client is a well established property based business who pride themselves on being family run. The family feel when you walk into the office is evident.
Due to expansion and workload, they are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in supporting the wider team, but in particularly the Lettings Manager.
Duties will include:
**- **Managing Property enquiries & scheduling viewing**:

- Maintaining EPC certificates
- updating the schedule for Asbestos Surveys
- Producing tenancy agreements and sending them to be signed
- Recording and reporting any maintenance requirements
- Working with the wider team to improve best practices
- Occasionally visiting sites to complete insurance questionnaires
