Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Cannock
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday
Work pattern: 0830 - 1630

**What do we need from you?**
- Overseeing the Shift and Managing a Team of around 30
- Performing 121's, Disciplinaries and Managing Absence
- Training up New Starters
- Operating IT-systems and processing paperwork as required
- Being Responsible for and Managing the Pick/Converyor Line
- Ensuring accurate Stock Levels and Replenishing Materials where necessary
- Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach
