Being a Front of House Security Officer responsibilities will include, delivering predominantly a daytime security service to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of all contractual and added value front of house tasks. This critical role will expect significant customer engagement with cross-functional collaboration and understanding. Working as part of a building or area team you will be responsible for a given FOH/reception space depending on the building design.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Remain flexible regarding position on post and be very aware of maintaining a professional yet welcoming body posture and smile
- Maintain an exceptional awareness of security in and around you post looking out for hostile reconnaissance, suspicious behaviour, or packages. Be prepared to challenge, report or call-in support always
- High levels of meet and greet service must be maintained whilst carrying out your usual security functions.
- All incidents are reported and responded to in accordance with policies and procedures
- Ensure everyone in your area of responsibility behave and work in safe manner

**What We Expect of You**
- Demonstrate proven negotiation, listening and problem-solving skills
- Have experience of AcT/Griffin and Servitor with a well-practiced hostile reconnaissance approach
- Have experience of working in a facilities environment
- Experience in dealing with multiple issues at once, prioritising and resolving problems
- Have experience in critical asset, crisis, and incident management
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with subordinates, colleagues, clients, contractors, and management in the appropriate manner
- The ability to effectively deal with incidents with demonstrable resilience and self-control
- Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and communication skills
- Experience with security surveillance and access control systems
