Are you passionate about inspiring positive change? Do you have the compassion and commitment to make a positive, lasting impact on those in our society most needing help?

The Mentor role will play a key role within the enterprise, collaborating with customers to ensuring they receive impartial advice and guidance over the telephone, this will include issuing and monitoring crisis fund payments to customers.

You will inspire positive change in your customers lives by empowering individuals to reveal the right pathway for them and create and maintain professional relationships with energy suppliers and Stakeholders to create sustainable change.

As a Mentor, you will provide bespoke advice to customers, tailoring appropriate interventions based on the customers' needs. You will build relationships with internal and external partners including Energy suppliers.

You will have the ability to find innovate ways to work with customers to help identify and find informed solutions to their challenges. You will also be effective with the use of technology and key software packages such as Microsoft Office.
