Regulation, Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) protect the integrity and reputation of Deutsche Bank. They manage the Bank’s risks and help to avoid unintentional rule breaches and conflicts of interest. At the same time, they also advise on ethical conduct, governance issues and keep our organisation up-to-date on regulatory and political challenges.

We are looking for a Vice President to join the Anti-Financial Crime Client Risk Rating Methodology (CRRM) Team. You will be responsible for Global CRRM Coverage across all Deutsche Bank Business Divisions (Corporate Bank & Investment Bank (CB&IB), International Private Bank (IPB), Retail Germany and DWS). This role will report into the Head of Client Risk Rating (CRR) Change-the-Bank (CTB) & Run-the-Bank (RTB).

**Your key responsibilities**
- Subject Matter Expert supporting 1st & 2nd Line, acting as key CRRM Contact for AFC, Global Policy, and the various Business Divisions on CRRM related topics
- Managing & running regular CRRM Working Groups covering all Global Business Divisions, ensuring 1st & 2nd Line teams are updated on relevant CRRM topics and changes
- Managing the Impact Assessments process for changes to the CRRM and Client Risk Rating Engine (CRRE), ensuring business understanding of change impacts ahead of changes being implemented in the CRRE Production environment
- Supporting the Head of CRRM CTB & RTB in delivering the AFC Strategic 5 year plan for the Bank

**Your skills and experience**
- A strong understanding of Client Risk Rating & Financial Crime Risk Management
- Very good understanding of processes using the CRRM or one of their components. Especially Know Your Client (KYC), risk assessment and monitoring processes
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills with proven experience to managing stakeholders at various levels
- Proactive and independent work attitude with a willingness to take over responsibility and work independently
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
