We are looking for a** Field Access Team Lead **who is agile and innovative to join us in our Market Access team, based in **Slough,** **UK.**

**Who you’ll work with**
Reporting to Head of Market Access & External Engagement - British Isles and Ireland (BII).

Collaborating internally with; Market Access team, European and Global Access teams, External Affairs team; Patient Value Unit/Area Heads in Neurology/Immunology & Rare Disease; Sales Team Marketing teams and Medical teams.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop a vision of field access in line with UCB’s BII strategies. Coach, lead and manage the Field Access function and team, driving a partnering mindset
- Be responsible for the development of the strategic roadmap for FMA, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and medical across the organisation to guide and support the development of regional FMA strategies & priorities
- Partner with Business Units across UCB to ensure excellence in customer engagement across APEX, Commercial and Medical at sub-national /account level, to drive impact and value to our customers and UCB
- Supporting UCBs Market Access capability; with your team be the internal experts on the sub-national access & NHS environment sharing knowledge in ways that will make everyone more successful at their day-to-day activities
- Develop and maintain high quality relationships with key stakeholders by attending relevant external meetings to maintain in-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare environment and NHS structures, procedures, and operations

- Educated to a minimum BSc (or equivalent)
- People management & coaching
- Account Planning
- Detailed understanding of the NHS, its structure & sub-national access processes
- Strong analytical skills & ability to interrogate data
- Proven leadership
- Advanced in project management
- Influencing and negotiation
- Problem Solving with the Ability to work unsupervised and to take the initiative when needed
