In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and pleasant from start to finish. You’ll also provide vital administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments for MOTs, services, and repairs, managing the calendar efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the vehicle technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 45 per week
