Service Care Solutions have a new and exciting opportunity which has come up in the Lincolnshire area
This role is looking for a confident and experienced support worker who is willing to go above and beyond to provide support for members of the public.
This role requires you to assist in the production of care plans for those leaving hospital as well as undertaking and recording assessments both in discharge units and community settings.
They are currently paying £12.87ph
Everyday will be different and will face you with a new challenge
Requirements for the role:
Previous Support/Care Assistant position
Must drive and have access to a vehicle
DBS - enhanced
