Litigation Legal Assistant

A unique opportunity has arisen for a litigation legal assistant to join a Legal 200 full service law firm in their Wimbledon office where your role will be to provide significant support the dispute resolution Partners
To be considered for this role you must have prior experience in dealing with a range of duties including:

- Compliance matters; solicitors ID checks, evident of funds, AML
- Negotiate, agreeing professional fees and producing quotes
- Preparation of various financial reports
- Overseeing the billing for clients
- Overseeing and assisting on credit control
- General administration for Partners, including diary management, booking client meetings, drafting meeting notes and client letter of engagements, organise internal and external meetings

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established dispute resolution department at a modern and collegiate practice which offer its employees a dynamic and exciting place to work.
