A unique opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution team of a well-established West London Law firm, looking for a highly enterprising, proficient and personable individual. You will need to be technically experienced in all aspects of Dispute Resolution work and have the ability to explain complex matters.
Our client's Dispute Resolution team specialises in providing advice and assistance to clients in multiple areas of disputes. The role is to provide legal advice and services to their new and existing clients. The firm offers the following services, and the successful candidate will need to be proficient in each and have excellent client service skills: -
Property Disputes
Landlord & Tenant Disputes
Enfranchisement
Contracts
Professional Negligence
Neighbours and Party Walls
