**Duties to Include**:

- To undertake reception duties, including answering the telephone, assisting with face to face enquiries and signing in of visitors.
- To operate and help maintain computerised records, updating of Excel spreadsheets, along with other IT based tasks.
- To operate general office equipment e.g. photocopier, printer, shredder, laminator and computer.
- To undertake routine admin tasks, providing support to the team as required and assisting with ad hoc duties.
- Providing refreshments.

**Skills required**:

- be able to work alone as well as part of a team.
- have a good telephone manner.
- have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to employees at all levels within the business and company clients.
- have good organisational skills and be detail conscious.
- have good IT skills with an understanding of Word/Microsoft Office and Excel.
- have a willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude

On the job training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£13,000.00 per year
