This in an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team within an Ofsted rated 'Good' Further Education College, who have ambition to become outstanding by together developing standards and encouraging innovation and collaboration.

**The Role**:

- Provide apprenticeship education and training to a range of different students
- Compliment a strong existing team to build upon the vision of the College and development of the Construction Skills Centre
- Contribute to the delivery and monitoring of course modules and planning and development of modules and units
- Undertake research, development and ensure materials are up to date to contribute to the continuous improvement strategy
- Ensure learners achieve agreed academic targets by providing defined programs and learning opportunities
- 5 hours teaching per week with 15.5 hours administration and development time

**The Person**:

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Steelfixing, Formwork, Plastering, Brickwork, Groundwork, Civils
- Level 2 Numeracy/Literacy Qualifications
- Level 3 or above in Construction/ Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying
