**Shifts**:Option to choose day shifts or night shifts

Days shifts range between 7:30am-10pm or Nights 8pm-8:30am

**Role**:Permanent Full time & requires working alternate weekends

Do you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or residential homes then this would be ideal for you. **About the service**
Lucentio House is a large Victorian home that has been developed into individual self-contained flats, with a communal lounge space available to all. The house is friendly and inviting with a staff team that are supportive, kind, and welcoming. We support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder to lead lives as fulfilling and independently as possible.

**Support Worker duties**:

- Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills
- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
