Job Purpose

The successful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their recovery and well-being.

Main Responsibilities

  • To assist with the delivery of care and treatment plans, ensuring that individual needs are met and exceeded.
  • To work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support.
  • To maintain accurate records and contribute to the assessment and review of service user needs.
  • To develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavioral change and social skills.
  • To participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional practice.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, carers, and colleagues.

You should have experience of working in a caring environment and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential, along with evidence of relevant training or experience in mental health settings.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £22,129 per annum (£25,961 including enhancements), paid on a full-time basis. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to pension schemes, flexible working arrangements, and regular training and development opportunities.
