**Senior Care Assistants**
Allied and Clinical are looking to recruit senior care assistants for a care home in the Aberdeen area of Scotland.
Our client is looking for staff to work days, long days, and nights.
Successful applicants must have recent experience in the delivery of care in a similar environment and MUST have SVQ3 for in health and social care.
- Being caring, sensitive and understanding.
- Having patience and knowing how to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Being able to lead a team of care workers and having the ability to work well with other health professionals.
- Being energetic, resourceful and having a caring nature.
- Having an attentive ear and excellent communication skills.
- Having stamina and being able to keep up with work that requires high levels of energy.
- Displaying a good sense of humour.
- You will be competent in giving medication.
- You will be proactive and support your colleagues.

**Requirements**:
- 6 months or more in a senior care role in the UK
- UK residency is a must.
- Driving Licence would be an advantage.
