Senior Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team and report to the Service Manager. This key role involves supervising and supporting your team while ensuring high-quality care for service users.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, including staff planning, medication processes, and contributing to care plans and quality improvement.
- Provide management cover when needed and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Supervise and support staff, including recruitment, training, and identifying training needs.
- Assist with health and safety, staff meetings, and upholding our Christian ethos.
- Ensure sensitive, respectful care is provided to service users.
- Relevant SVQ level 3 qualification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Christian faith.
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and SSSC registration.
