Office Administrative Assistant

Duties:
- Labelling for dispatch, invoicing. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- The sucessful applicant must profficient in maintaining an organised filing system for documents
- Answering and recording telephone orders and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Computer profficiency for office tasks
- Computerise information and maintain electronic records
- Clerical support such as typing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist in administrative duties as required
- Familiarity with Microsoft publisher, Xero and Shopify would be ideal however training could be provided in these areas.
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
