As the Internship Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our students to make the most of their internship experiences. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with the programme lead, the Faculty of Science Education and Student Experience Manager, and the University of Nottingham Careers and Employability Service to ensure the smooth day-to-day management and evaluation of the programme. You will have a direct impact on enriching the student experience and facilitating their personal and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Empower students to identify their growth areas and skills gaps during the internships.
Cultivate strong relationships with various stakeholders, including colleagues, students, and internship providers, to maximize the programme's impact.
Collaborate with undergraduate participants, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
Demonstrate the value and impact of the Short Internship Programme through effective monitoring and evaluation.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication, IT literacy, and organizational skills.
Passion for addressing systemic disadvantage and promoting diversity and inclusion.
Experience engaging with students and supporting their development.
A-Level or equivalent education, or substantial work experience in higher education.
Ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
Appreciation of different backgrounds and lived experiences.
